Cucumber juice has many health benefits. Namely, it has the ability to reduce the body temperature, has alkalizing properties, and according to researches, can effectively remove uric acid from the joints.

Furthermore, celery and ginger have powerful anti-inflammatory properties and therefore this combination can significantly reduce inflammation.

Ingredients:

½ lemon
1 small piece of ginger (2-3 cm)
1 medium cucumber
2 celery stalks

Procedure

First, wash and clean the components. Cut the celery and cucumber into smaller pieces. Cut the lemon in half: put one half in the refrigerator. Grate the ginger.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Juice is to be consumed 1-2 times a day, to improve your health.
